Statement of Faith
Prairie Harvest is a community of people who….
Worship passionately in the freedom that Christ purchased for us. Our first calling is to be lovers of God and to minister to Him with extravagant joy and gratitude, with worship that is passionate, heartfelt and genuine. We maintain as our highest mandate: communion with God and the pursuit of His presence, from which all ministry flows.
Are an expression of God’s love to our community. Called to care for not only our church, but also our city. We strive to walk in the transforming power of God’s love and grace toward others. We want to demonstrate His love and justice, and to be a blessing to our city for its welfare.
Bring the reality of God’s Kingdom to the world around us. We believe every believer is called to be a supernatural minister of the gospel, on whom the Holy Spirit rests, and empowers to demonstrate His kingdom with signs & wonders following.
Walk in covenant relationship with one another and with God. We want to protect and preserve the unity of the Spirit through the bond of love and peace by providing a safe and wholesome environment for all. We invest in and uphold the values of: marriage, family and relationships.
Will create a culture and a legacy to pass on what has been entrusted to us, to the next generation. We are committed to the value of youth and children and want to invest in them as future stewards of what we build.
Place a high value on prayer and communion with God: We believe that all of what we do should flow from intimate and vital connection with God through prayer. As a result, we place prayer (both personal and corporate) as a high priority among staff, leaders and ministry activities
